CONNECT, PARTICIPATE, EMPOWER
We bring people together through music and creativity so everyone feels seen,
valued and connected.

I am... Kirsty Baird BEM
We created Hanley and the Baird Dreampot because music and creativity should be for everyone - not just those who can afford it, access it, or feel confident enough to try.
We open doors for children to explore music and the arts, and we bring uplifting performances and sing‑along sessions into care homes so older people are never left behind. For people living with cognitive decline, music can unlock memories, spark connection and bring moments of pure joy.
More than anything, our work helps people feel seen. It brings communities together, reduces loneliness, and reminds people - at every age and stage - that they still have something to offer, something to enjoy, and something to be part of.
It is never too early, and it is never too late, to try something new.

Loneliness and disconnection are growing across our communities. Especially for older people and those living with cognitive decline, who are too often left without meaningful moments of joy or recognition.
At the same time, many children and adults have limited access to music and creativity, even though these experiences build confidence, belonging, and emotional wellbeing.
Dreampot exists to close that gap, bringing people together through inclusive musical and creative experiences that help them feel seen, valued and connected at every stage of life.
We have a small team who have successfully delivered:
Over 30 'Remember When sessions'
Over 100 'Guitar lessons'
15 years of community experience through Sing in the City
£200,000 raised over 15 years
